Netball Central Zone’s (NCZ) performance vision is to be the pre-eminent netball zone in the country. In 2023 our entire starting seven has been named in the Silver Ferns Squad and the Silver Ferns Development Squad.
With the appointment of our new Head Coach, Anna Andrews-Tasola, we are now seeking a new Assistant Coach to support her through the challenges that await us in the future.
Opportunities to coach in an ANZ Premiership environment are rare. This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the best netballers in the world and to make your unique contribution to the ongoing legacy of excellence with the best netball team in the country.
The successful applicant will support coach Andrews-Tasola to lead, develop and implement a world class netball programme capable of preparing the Pulse for consistent success. The successful applicant will be experienced in planning, developing, and implementing a performance netball programme. We are also looking for someone who can complement the skills and competencies of Andrews-Tasola.
This is a part-time role with appointment for the 2024 season.
Closing date for applications to be received by Netball Central Zone is 4.00pm, Saturday 2 September 2023. Interviews for the shortlisted candidates will include a presentation and will take place in Wellington on the week commencing Monday 11 September.
