About Us

Te Wānanga o Raukawa Pulse are Wellington's ANZ Premiership netball team, represneting the Netball Central Zolne across the lower North Island.

Since the introduction of the ANZ Premiership in 2017, the Pulse have established themselves as one of New Zealand's leading high-performance sporting teams, appearing in six Grand Finals and securing three Premiership titles. Proudly home-grown, the Pulse have built a reputation for developing talent from within the region while consistently competing at the highest level of the game.

The Pulse represent a region spanning 12 netball centres and thousands of players, coaches, officials and volunteers. As the high-performance arm of Netball Central Zone, the team provides an aspirational pathway for emerging athletes and inspires participation in communities throughout the lower North Island.

More than a team, the Pulse are a platform that connects communities, fans and partners. Through free-to-air national broadcast coverage, strong digital engagement and passionate fan support, the Pulse continue to grow their reach and influence both on and off the court.

Guided by the values of Kotahitanga, Rangatiratanga, Whanaungatanga, Pūkengatanga and Manaakitanga, the Pulse are committed to creating meaningful connections, inspiring performances and making a positive impact throughout our communities. Together, we are Yellow at Heart.
