Monday night training was changed up this week for the Haier Pulse girls. After working hard for the past weeks to turn their season around the girls took some time away from the court to try their hands - and feet - at rock climbing.

A few got in to tricky situations on the walls and others appeared to fly up there. Ama Agbeze (pictured) showed her athleticism doesn't stop on the netball court. She enjoyed the experience and tackled some tough climbs.

The girls will be back to the court Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday before flying out to Australia on Saturday to take on the West Coast Fever. Good luck girls.
